Thank you for your interest in participating in the Pregspark study! Your participation will allow us to learn more about the safety and impact of pregnancy in a young woman living with Parkinson's disease.
You can participate in the Pregspark study if you are pregnant and have a diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. You can enroll from the beginning of pregnancy until no later than 8 weeks after birth.
Before you can start, we need some personal information from you. These can be used to send you additional information about the Pregspark study. Your personal data will be kept separately from the questionnaire and can only be accessed by the Pregspark study team. They will not be passed on to others.
